What happens next

  1. Send me the details. The online form takes about ten minutes. Upload what you have: receipts, the contract, photos, emails, any report.
  2. I review and write. I tell you how strong your position is. If it is worth pursuing, I send a letter setting out the facts, the law and what must be done by a set date. Within three business days of receiving your instructions, documents and payment.
  3. I tell you what came back. A remedy, an offer, a denial or silence: I explain what it means and what each next step would cost.

Documents and deadline

The business, dealer, builder or customer. I need this to check that I have not acted for them.

The price paid or the amount claimed.

For example a VCAT hearing date, a cooling-off period or a letter with a date.

Receipts, the contract, photos, emails, reports. PDF, Word, JPG or PNG. Up to 10 files, 10 MB each.

Sending this form does not make me your lawyer. I confirm in writing before I act, after a conflict check. See the privacy policy.

I act for consumers and for businesses, but never for both sides of the same dispute. Before I start, I check that I have not acted for the other party.
